Hosts of Water is a nature film by the award-winning nature photographer and biologist Johan Hammar.
The film follows the path of freshwater through the Swedish landscape, from the glaciers of the mountains, continuing through streams, rivers, waterfalls, wetlands, lakes, and rivers all the way to the Baltic Sea. Through nature images from different parts of the country, the significance of water for the landscape and all life dependent on it is depicted.
A film about one of nature’s most important resources and its journey through Sweden.
