Join the City Museum's guide up on the Katarina Elevator and experience Slussen from almost 40 meters high.
Here, the history of the place is told, from the older locks and the city’s trade to today’s major reconstruction of Slussen. From the viewpoint, both the city’s historical silhouette and the new urban environments that are emerging can be seen.
The tour takes about 30 minutes. Stools are available to sit on, and binoculars are welcome.
Tickets can be collected from 11:00 on the same day at the City Museum’s festival tent at Södermalmstorg. The number of places is limited.
