Wetland

Wetland takes on one of the Swedish folk music tradition’s most taboo genres, bawdy songs and vulgar songs. With harmony singing, humor, and swinging accompaniment, Nina Grigorjeva and Sandra Berggren offer a concert with both traditional and newly written material, written by, about, and for women.

Sandra Berggren is a national folk musician from the inland of Västerbotten and Nina Grigorjeva is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter.

Together they move between folk music, their own songs, and stories that both entertain and challenge on the Skeppsbron boat stage on August 15.

The concert is presented in collaboration with Stallet World Music.
