Rhys broke through as a 17-year-old and quickly became one of Sweden’s most played artists. After a few years out of the spotlight, she returned in 2024 with the EP Portland, which was noted by media outlets such as BBC, NPR, and The Line of Best Fit.

With the album Please Like Me, Rhys continues to explore themes such as relationships, self-image, love, and identity. The music builds on her personal stories and experiences from the years after her breakthrough.

With her honest songwriting and personal expression, Rhys has established herself as one of the most interesting voices on the Swedish pop scene.

On August 15, Rhys will perform at the Skeppsbro stage.
